CHROME CARBIDE OVERLAY

Chrome Carbide Overlay (CCO) refers to a hard facing process where a layer of chromium carbide is applied to a steel substrate to enhance its wear resistance. This overlay is widely used in industries facing extreme abrasive wear, including mining, construction, cement, and material handling. 

ARLAY Chromium Carbide Overlay (CCO) Wear Plate is an extra hard weld clad plate with alloys that give higher abrasion resistance in high stress applications with moderate to low impact conditions. ARLAY wear plates contain primary M7C3 carbides with a hardness of 55-60 Hrc having 30% carbides.  

 ARLAY is an extra hard clad plate with additives that gives even higher abrasion resistance in high stress applications with moderate to low impact conditions. Further these wear plates are laser cut to suit required sizes and also can be bent as needed. You can use also them to protect your hoppers and discharge chutes as a cost-effective solution.
