Chrome carbide Overlay wear plates

ARLAY Chromium Carbide Overlay (CCO) Wear Plate is an extra hard weld clad plate with alloys additives that give higher abrasion resistance in high stress applications with moderate to low impact conditions. ARLAY wear plates contain primary M7C3 carbides with a hardness of 55-60 Hrc having 30% carbides. These wear plates are economical with high wear life suitable for concrete industry.  

Further these wear plates are laser cut to suit required sizes and also can be bent as needed. You can use also them to protect your hoppers and discharge chutes as a cost-effective solution.
